Fatma’s students are able to benefit from her many years of yoga practice, her gift for teaching, and her love of literature. At the end of each lesson I feel so much better - as if the stresses and strains of everyday life have evaporated. Her classes incorporate flow routines that are a great workout and give me the opportunity to improve and strengthen my practice every week. My practice is enhanced by Fatma’s instructions, which are crystal clear, informative and descriptive. All classes conclude with a period of relaxation and meditation — at the end of which I feel like a whole new me.

Finally I am able to do yoga and I love it! Fatma takes such an interest in your personal development, teaching correct positions, giving you the confidence to try new postures and constantly challenging you to improve and progress each week. She is such a passionate and amazing teacher! Since joining her classes in June I feel much more flexible, I have better posture and my whole body strength has improved. I also apply the breathing techniques I have learnt to my busy everyday life activities. I love that after each class I come out feeling like I have worked out but also learnt how to relax and be kind to myself.
