Fatma’s students are able to benefit from her many years of yoga practice, her gift for teaching, and her love of literature. At the end of each lesson I feel so much better – as if the stresses and strains of everyday life have evaporated. Her classes incorporate flow routines that are a great workout and give me the opportunity to improve and strengthen my practice every week. My practice is enhanced by Fatma’s instructions, which are crystal clear, informative and descriptive. All classes conclude with a period of relaxation and meditation — at the end of which I feel like a whole new me.
