Thursday 8.00 – 9.30pm

I run small yoga classes – maximum of eight people in normal circumstances (currently 5/6 to allow ample social distancing) – from my home studio in Bromley. I mostly teach a fairly strong combination of Hatha and Flow yoga (sometimes Ashtanga inspired), and therefore offer variations, blocks, bricks and straps to make the classes accessible for all. All props and mats are thoroughly sanitised after every session. On my timetable is also a weekly beginners class (Thursday mornings) for those who prefer a gentler, more restorative session. 

I also offer occasional candlelit yoga classes, followed by Yoga Nidra, as well as hosting gong baths for sound meditation, and other wellness events – all available to book online.

Weekly yoga classes (running during term time) are often block-booked, but do get in touch/ book online as there are sometimes spaces available and often an absence which means the mat may be able to be filled on a one-off basis.

Due to the small nature of the space, all yoga classes should be booked in advance.
